This company has been a total disaster to deal with I have used them for over 15 years and it just gets worse and worse every day. I use them for personal, home, and business so that should be of value to them but it’s not. My bill is constantly increasing even when I eliminate lines and services- last month I disconnected 3 lines and my bill went up $7, yes up and it has been consistently increasing for a while. I have had issues with them losing return devices, not following through, shipping errors, difficulties getting my lines upgraded, lots of billing errors, lots of overcharging, and more than billions of attempts at dealing with the customer service and corporate offices only to be of no concern to them my most recent issue I addressed over a month ago and I still have no response… I am looking to find a new carrier for my home, business, and personal because I don’t deserve to be treated like this and I have made way toooo much effort to work with them only to be disgusted more by them.
