After 4 years I am done with Verizon!!! I have a sick child at home and need a refund from Verizon for a payment taken out the following day another payment was taken out of my bank account after speaking to an agent she said my refund would be issued to my account 3 to 5 business days she lied I checked my account nothing was refunded I called Verizon back spoke to 3 different agents and told my refund was denied why would the agent even tell me it would be in my account in 3 to 5 days then? Now I cannot use my card to get gas to go to the important dr appts and buy her medicine she needs because Verizon wonโt let me make a payment 12 days later I am stuck unable to help my sick child if my sick child dies itโs in Verizon! They treat customers terribly I will never recommend Verizon to anyone! At and t will definitely do better by customers!
