Billing and trade-ins

Still  SHOCKED as an almost 22 year customer that Verizon would lead me down such a  road…..oh, and i told them i was recording the conversation about my monthly charges; new phone expense with my perfectly good trade-ins; fixing the damage they caused. Last conversation with manager said it would take 4-5 days for changes to be made….well he promised my account would be noted too! My next step is a Verizon owned store manager….73 years old. The BBB. I will never deal with another phone company unless it’s in person.
