Billing error

I've been trying to pay a bill online without any success. I can log in fine, but there isn't any billing information available. I just get an error message saying that there was an error and to try again later. This has been going on for years therefore I used the Fios app to pay my home bill. Now thatu app no longer exists and the my Verizon app still only shows my wireless bill.
