we traded in 2 iPhone 7’s in the same week. Some how on the bill there is an error. One is billed as 22.23 a month the other is billed as 2,78 a month. I have tried calling every month, going to the corporate stores, Facebook, instagram and multiple other methods of contacting you. It gets fixed for a month then reverts back. I am so frustrated that I am now researching contacting the FCC and going to small claims court since I have unable to resolve any other way
