30-35 contacts with Verizon in 7 months and billing still wrong. Promises made not kept. One story after another. Can't trust anything a Verizon rep tells me.. 17 pages of notes and 30 - 40 hours of time invested. Please compensate @ $200 per hour. How do I finally get a real person who will represent Verizon and solve the ongoing issues. I have tried. 24 years. Enough is enough.
