Called Verizon three months in a row and talked to several representatives to reinstate my phone credit that is mine since I turned in almost new phones. Every time they say it’s done and you will get the credit in your next bill. The promotion has NOT been applied and no credit for the has been given for the past 3 cycles, so this is beyond frustrating to say the least…. Do I need to visit the Verizon store to get this resolved or just give up and change the carrier.

I am talking about the 3 phones trade in credit that was suppose to be credited every month for 36 months because I turned in the phones. Those credits stopped after sept 2023 because they changed my plan and couldn’t reinstate the credit saying that its system error. They also reverted my plan back to original but still did not apply that credit. Every time I call they say it’s fixed and all previous credits will reflect in the next bill…Is there anyone who can resolve this mess?
