I was told $35 activation fee. Wasn't told per device.
Additionally, the phone was to be $5 per month. The bill shows $28+.
The plan went up too.
So, I go from $130 a month to $311?
I've been with Verizon since they bought out Primeco.
Now I wish I had switched to AT&T

Your many years of business is very important and we can assist with any questions or concerns regarding your bill. When upgrading, there is a one-time activation fee of $35 per line. My apologies to hear this was not told to as we do have this info listed on our site and I have provided a link giving further explaination. Also, seeing your bill go up like that can definitely cause concern but rest assured, we can review the billing with you. I have sent you a Private Message.
