I have been a customer for over seven years was Verizon Wireless. I realized that the customer service the last couple years has gone down. The drain has done it most industries. I have not contacted Verizon customer customer service for four years. I contacted now as I was told in the store I was able to get my nurses discount as well as senior citizen discount for the state of Florida. I’m over 55 years old. The wrap in the store told me that can generate from the department. So I can’t contact with Verizon Executive team has promise to help me resolve the issue. Instead, they stock me on the more expensive plan out there and told me that’s the only way to get a discount on a new phone even though I have a paper from the Verizon store saying that I would get the same $1000 promo on the less expensive. They charged me to upgrade fees and taxes send me wrong phones, which I have refused. I still have not received the money back and now they tell me that my old loyalty plan is gone and not able to honor any promises that they have made. I have all the promises and writing from a wrap by the name of Judy. Now Judy is nowhere to be found, and they assign somebody else to my case. Now I’m stuck on the most expensive plan with no discounts and old phones. I tried to email and called Judy’s extension but she’s just ghosted me. Judy promised that she will take care of everything and refund my money and be able to put me on the old plan. She said, and they close I will be accountable for everything and you will not have any issues . I have all this information and all the emails saved. Has this ever happened with anybody else?

Good morning Peter how can I reach you? I have not heard anything back yet. I’ve been charged taxes on devices that I do not have and switched to a plan that I don’t wanna be on.
