Billing issues need to speak to a supervisor

Hello, I am needing to speak to a supervisor of a Supervisor. I have been repeatedly transfered and even hung up on. I have a billing issue that need to be resolved.

Basically Verizon keeps telling me I missed a payment in August. They then disconnected my account in September because of it. They found my payments eventually and opened up a case. However, all that being said, I am now being charged late fees, disconnection fees, and reconnection fees that they are refusing to reverse due to "the system"  already processing it. I have been hung up 2 times 1 by a supervisor, and have also been transferred more than 6 times. Not to mention on the phone for well over 4 hours.
