Billing issues.

I have been on the phone for 5 hours talking and 15 hours chatting because of problems with my new device and service. I was told no activation fees and printed an estimate of my monthly charges showing about $45 monthly. My first bill, only 2 weeks later was $109 and that was for the 3 weeks they called a month. I have had problems with my new device and have driven to 2 different places 3 times and told support lied to me and there is nothing that can be done. Support gets you to chat, and then takes an hour repeating the same question confirming the reason you called and ultimately does nothing. They go out of their way to drag it out and care nothing for your time or concerns. They will say they have solved your issue, but they have not. I wish I had never agreed to this, the store has nothing to do with support who has nothing to do with the reps who have nothing to do with Apple who will tell you itโ€™s Verizonโ€™s responsibility. Save your headache and money.
