I called seven times today and each time the system hung up on me.
The phone system told me to hold and I would be transferred me to a live representative.
I bought a new iPhone in July. I was told that as part of the “complete package”, I would receive a free second phone number and an iPad.
I am also on a new “unlimited plan“. I am also being charged for “services and perks“.
All I wanted was a new phone on my old plan.
When I purchased the phone, I was asked what I was paying a month. I said approximately $250.
My August bill was $442.
How can I straighten this out when no one will answer the phone?
I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years...not sure if I'll continmue with a service that is imposssible to communicate with
