My partner, I, and three of our daughters signed up for service four months ago. Every billing cycle has contained a massive over billing, but each has been completely different. The $800 credit promised us for one of the phone pay offs was never delivered, and now Verizon is claiming that it’s too late to give us the rebate. Last week, Verizon arbitrarily cut off service for an alleged $25 overdue, even though we have an automatic bank draw set up, and we didn’t owe the money anyway. On each occasion, after hours of hassle, we have righted the errors, but no one has been able to set the account up to not make some new random mistake on the next bill. This is the worst service with any company I have ever encountered! Does anyone know a channel through which we could establish fair and predictable service and billing?
