Is it fair to be charged twice on your bill for Netflix?? I was charged for Netflix’s premium and Netflix with adds when I signed up for a bundle plan Netflix with adds. I never signed up for the premium i didn’t notice it because my bill stayed around the same price when I mentioned it to call center agent I was told I would get a refund but didn’t went to the store and was told if it’s on the bill and I didn’t notice it then it’s nothing they can do after 30days Is this fair??
