My Verizon bill has for months and months, possibly years, has 3 surcharges that dont make sense. All 3 are related to Arizona. We have never lived in Arizona, haven't visited Arizona, haven't made calls to Arizona, haven't gotten calls from Arizona, did NOT purchase the phone in Arizona. Why are these surcharges on 1 phone line on my bill. The Arizona places are Chandler City Trans Priv Surch, Maricopa County Trans Priv Surch and AZ Trans Priv Surch. It even could be years that Verizon has been charging these surcharges....unfortunately, we dont receive hard copies of the bill, only only and I have not been vigilant to review every monthly bill by every line, we have 6 lines on our bill.

No we have never been a resident anywhere in Arizona, havent traveled to Arizona, didn't make purchases in Arizona. I need this resolved asap.

NO, nobody has purchased a phone in Arizona, nobody lives there, nobody visited there. This is ridiculous that Verizon cannot resolve this.

It is now months and months of back and forth with verizon representatives. All they do is lie. We have called at least 5 times if not more about 3 Arizona related surcharges on our 1 phone line. We are asked over and over all the same questions 1) have you ever lived in Arizona.....NO, 2) did you purchase the phone in Arizona....NO, 3) Have you traveled to Arizona....NO, 4) do you make calls to Arizona...NO. We have been told multiple times the charges will be taken off the bill and NEVER appear again and it is a total lie. We get a credit on one bill and then the next month the charges are right back. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get an ENGLISH speaking verizon representative who is a Manager and who can help. I am about to find the federal agency that can get involved. They have been charging us these charges for years ILLEGALLY and I wonder how many other verizon customers are being hosed as well.
