I have talked with Verizon multiple times on the phone and in chat that I couldn’t afford my phone bill with how behind it was, since I was caring for my wife and son when he was born. I asked if I could have them disconnect my service and send me a final bill, but they said my bill needed to be paid upfront. They kept my service on many months later and my bill is now around $3000. I have had Verizon for about 8-9 years now and have never been behind until recently. Does anyone know what options I have to settle this?
