Please stop the pain
I've been over charged on my phone bill EVERY month, sometimes in the hundreds of dollars.
I call & spend hours on the phone with customer "service" who fix the issue, refund the over charges & assure me it won't happen again.
Following month it's the same issue.
After days (numerous multi hour calls) on the phone with "support", I finally broke & contacted the Better Business Bureau.
This got me a response from a lady on the executive relations team.
She fixed everything but here I am a month later & they're overcharging me AGAIN
I'm at a loss, I can't go through the support line again, cant face all that time on the phone saying the same thing
Verizon has caused me no end of stress & lost time
