In August I brought my son’s phone to the new Verizon store in my area. It needed a new SIM card and was quickly fixed as we had coverage. The rep then told me about this “ great offer” all new I phone 15s and a new I pad for great price if we trade in our devices. Originally I was paying $352 a month for 6 phones and IPad
the new quite was $323 a month including 5 iPhone 15 , 1 iPhone 15 pro and new iPad. Later changed to $332 as I changed 1 phone to another pro
it’s now the end of November and my bills have been upwards of $500. I talk / text and visit the sales rep regularly. He “s working on it “. Each billing cycle I’m told he can’t do anything about estimated bills. I just wait till I have an actual bill.
turn that bill is incorrect and various promotions have not been aoplied. Trade in credit I “ organic trade in value “ then that value is re charged to me as new trade in credit is applied , if 6 lines there are 3 different plans etc. I have called Verizon directly. My husband has called. I have “ chatted with chat bots” etc etc. still not resolved.
now I’m tied to 3 year contract ( didn’t know that till all was done and I was leaving the store.) with bill higher than I had before and no end in sight.
Also did not know that the “ Verizon store” I went up is called consumer cellular and not actually a Verizon store at all.
