In  August I brought my son’s phone to the new Verizon store in my area. It needed a new SIM card and was quickly fixed as we had coverage. The rep then told me about this “ great offer” all new I phone 15s and a new I pad for great price if we trade in our devices. Originally I was paying $352 a month for 6 phones and IPad 

the new quite was $323 a month including 5 iPhone 15 , 1 iPhone 15 pro and new iPad. Later changed to $332 as I changed 1 phone to another pro 

it’s now the end of November and my bills have been upwards of  $500. I talk / text and visit the sales rep regularly.  He “s working on it “. Each billing cycle I’m told he can’t do anything about estimated bills. I just wait till I have an actual bill. 
turn that bill is incorrect and various promotions have not been aoplied.   Trade in credit I “ organic trade in value “ then that value is re charged to me as new trade in credit is applied , if 6 lines there are 3 different plans etc. I have called Verizon directly.  My husband has called. I have “ chatted with chat bots” etc etc. still not resolved. 

now I’m tied to 3 year contract ( didn’t know that till all was done and I was leaving the store.) with bill higher than I had before and no end in sight. 

Also did not know that the “ Verizon store” I went up is called consumer cellular and not actually a Verizon store at all.

Correction. Only 5 new phones. No change to one existing line with an iPhone 14. That line monthly charges went up anyway 

Has this happened to anyone else !

I would appreciate that. One line shows a trade in of a new Samsung device and yet NO PROMO TRADE IN CREDIT ON THAT LINE 

I  S/W sales rep again today and he is “ working on it” 

 

WHY DOES VERIZON HAVE ITS NAME ON STORE FRONTS THAT ARE NOT VERIZON STORES. This is so misleading 

I’m sure you know this but  they ( consumer cellular) charge a per device fee for  “programming and set up “ even if they don’t set it up for you. NOT REVEALED  UP FRONT  so additional $210 plus tax on all phones just to walk out the door - nearly $500. Then bill after bill over $500. I had to turn off auto pay until this mess is resolved.

Still not resolved. Visited Verizon store on willuam Flynn hwy ( consumer cellular) again today. Told to wait till 12/11 - next bill cycle - for “ promotion to apply. That’s 3 full months and still high bills. Of about $100 a month higher than promised. No end in sight!

Still not resolved. Still promotions that were promised are not attached. Still paying much more than promised. Someone reached out via private message offering to help them the “ amount of private messages maxed out and I was cut off. I sent images of the written quote and the texts from the sales man to be told that they could not view them. This is crazy. Sales rep asks us to wait till next billing cycle then maybe the promotion will attach. 

this is the worse experience with any company that I have ever had.

so now I am in the 4th billing cycle and the bill is still incorrect. A trade in credit is applied to one line but removed from another. The sales rep tells me he is “ working on it”. It just keeps getting worse!

I just responded to a private message and allowed access to my account by opening the link. Just got another message that says I have reached my limit of private messages !

So I just finished a chat with Deb. Last month my line had a  trade in promotion credit of $27.77 a month. This month that disappeared. After  chatting with Deb she offers me a $5.55 a month promo credit for my phone and I explain that I was getting $27.77 a month till this month and then it was removed with no explanation. 

her response is -  “I will now attach that promotion of $200 to you line and you will see $5.55 a month for your your trade in -Happy  Holiday s “ 

 

this is pure crazy and I don’t know what to do about it. We need our phones yet for the remainer of the 3 year contract  my boll

changes every month and is at least $100 more then quoted. 

please management help. I live closest to the cranberry pa corporate store ! I’m really in need of help here
