I purchased a iPhone 14 in June 2023, and traded in iPhone 7 during a promotion. I signed contract that said I would get $11 a month credit for my trade in. I have tried everything I know to get my bill straight since then, including a call to Verizon every month, going to Virizon Store where I bought the phones. I have been told each time the problem has been fixed by Virizon Representative. Still not fixed because computer rejects the fix! Any suggestions what to do next, other than leave Virizon?
