So i have been with verizon for around 10 years now and for the last 5 months they have a note that each moth I requested a hardship credit or to speak with the department and not once have i been connected due to fixing other issue like pushing my payment back on a promise to pay to get my service back on to get the money which worked then i owed near 500$ in which i paid and this month the day i am going to launch a small business my phone gets shut off and i lose service and cannot get in touch with the lender and lose funding, the second the bill posts its over they will not help you with it at all i assumed, which is somewhat my fault but having it noted on my account for 5 months and not receiving any financial assistance other than pushing my payment back is a little ludicrous to me i still havent spoke with the hardship department because my service is off and the automated service for turning service back on will not connect you with a representative. Anyone have any insight on what to do from here other than to just make a switch to a different carrier? My hardship was now extended by not getting the business funding which when i regain service i can fix hopefully within the week but still. Also called to get my grandfathered in plan back the rep said ok and that month the bill was astronomical and i was on a new plan as well?? Thoughts, comments, Opinions, welcome!
