4 times says it’s fixed my bill and nope it’s still not. Trying to charge us for a late overdue or whatever and we have been on auto pay all time so it’s always paid. They’re full of it and we’re not very happy. They’re charging for phones and stuff we don’t have and every time we talk about it while they sure so it’s gonna be fixed. They’re so sorry but they’re not. Not very happy with the Verizon at all! I think it’s wrong of them, customer service is just plying games with people and really messing up peoples stuff SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP.
Going to the top to get this resolved and hopefully they will stop before they loose customers and more!!!!
