I’ve called twice to try to workout something for my $2000 phone bill. First time told nothing they can do. Second time told can make payments over 3 months. Entire reason I…ridiculously high bills. I finally after left 10yrs of loyalty for nothing to be stuck with yet another high bill. In this economy how are there no payment arrangements longer than 3 months? Some of us on active duty are single parents who only have one source of income and still have other family members that need to be taken care of. Had I known how Verizon truly treats their customers let alone service members I never would’ve used them in the first place. What a disgusting last impression to leave in one’s mouth.
