My service has been suspended and I can't add a credit card as the billing address is in Canada. How do I fix this? I can't seem to talk to a live person when I call
We know how important it is to manage your account, we'll be glad to help out. In this case, the system request a U.S. address to add a method of payment, so it will not be possible to add the card you mentioned.

Why can't you accept an international credit card? It worked for the first few months...
