The only thing Verizon will do is give you answers so that you hang up the phone and go away. I caught them billing me for over four years on a device that I haven’t had in more than that time. I have repeatedly asked them to discontinue the service to no avail. There is no contract or money owed on the device. They just can’t find it in their hearts to discontinue and stop billing me
