Every month my bill has been incorrect, and there is always an extra charge or wrong numbers!!! Then, when I call customer support, the call always lasts at LEAST an hour. Not only that, I have contacted Verizon 4 - FOUR - times about a $500+ charge on my bill… absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even get anything fixed smoothly or calmly, and it’s a problem every single month.

Paid my bill early…. STILL TOOK OUT THE PAYMENT TWICE IN MY ACCOUNT. BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH VERIZON!!! I thought everything was fixed with my last call, but they messed it up even more.
