After 18 years with T-Mobile, I decided to switch to Verizon due to feeling unappreciated for my long-term loyalty. Unfortunately, my experience with Verizon has been far from satisfactory. Despite applying for a specific offer, my account has not been corrected after three months, leaving me frustrated. When I inquired about canceling my service, I was essentially told that I must either accept their current offer or face penalties. I am now working on paying off my equipment so that I can switch to another company, as Verizon has shown no commitment to honoring their offer or respecting me as a customer.
