Billing

I was recently deployed and I decided before I left to add my IPad to my Verizon bill so I could have service.  While I was away I wasn’t  checking the bill periodically. When I returned home, I wondered why I was continuing to pay such high cost. After reviewing my bill I noticed that Verizon was charging me twice for service on my IPad.  I messaged them attempting to remove it and they told me they were looking into the matter. Needless to say I continued paying the bill, and by this time I had been paying for nearly a year.  Months later I message them again, and spoke to 3 different agent. The first two told me they would attempt to credit my account for the money that I overpaid them over the last year. They both ended the conversation before they did this. A few hours later, and on my third agent they told me their policy prohibits them from crediting my account. They gave me $10 credit for my inconvenience. I have now overpaid them nearly $600 because of the iPad. And despite me reaching out multiple times months before , they say there is nothing they can do. I know I should have been more vigilant, even while deployed, but I have never had such awful customer experience.

Ianmalcolm05, this is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We will be sending you a private note to check further into this situation.
