couple of weeks ago, I was explicitly told by a representative that the situation I am now facing would not occur and that I should continue with my regular weekly payments, which I have done without fail.

​This recent development directly contradicts the assurances I was given. I feel that this was a complete misrepresentation of the facts, and it has put me in a difficult and unnecessary position.  

Never compensated and your increase isn't fair I never received services for weeks at a time. Why are you charging a full bill when i have not received services for weeks at a time in the past.. and show i have an increased on my bill also
