hello so I am having an issue where from August 2024 until October 2025 I was charged my current month plus a past due amount of the previous month every single month Verizon currently owes me about $2270. I am having trouble getting them to give me an exact timeline on when I’ll get my money back. They have admitted that they made a mistake and our investigating, but that was two weeks ago and they don’t have a number that I can call directly to get updated so I have to go through the support chat every single time. not only that they’ve also been charging me for Internet that I never received and have not cancelled it after requesting that they do multiple times.
