Im tired of reaching out the verizon cs reps. At this point they are just placing me on hold and passing the ball.

i switched from t mobile to verizon about 3-4months ago. Regret this now.
i originally got the 4 free iphones promotion on the welcome plan. I then spoke with a rep and decided to return one of the iphone and take advantage of the promotion they had going on at that time ($10 off for 36 months) for brining your own device. Since i had iphone 15 plus, i took advantage of that promotional offer.
i have probably spoken with multiple reps about this issue and everyone appears to be passing the ball on this. I spoke on the phone, did a text chat, and im keep on getting transferred to different departments. In the last conversation (vis text) the rep told me that they will provide $10 credit this month and i need to reach out again every month to get the credit. Seriously??
im very disappointed at verizon customer sef oce and not being able to honor theor promotion. The worst part is everyone is passing the ball instead pf solving the root problem
what are my options? Can i return the 3 iphones back to verizon and cancel the contract? Im fed with them.
