I have been basically harassed by CMR whom identifies themselves as a third-party subrogation company for Verizon.  CMR is demanding and threatening action against me for a total of $738.55 for a Verizon covered and provided service. I have contacted Verizon numerous times and told by Verizon agents, I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING. One agent also directed me to send an email to CMR stating I wish to trigger a dispute with my Verizon ticket number and other personal identifying information and nothing. CMR also continues to ask me for the contact phone number and email for the Verizon agent I communicated with so they can communicate directly to resolve the matter. I advised CMR this information is not shared with customers, which I am guessing they already know but use this to continue the harassment and demand for payment. I do however, have the name, telephone number and email of the CMR rep if needed for Verizon to initiate contact to resolve. 

Again, I continue to contact Verizon and am given the run around and answer that I do not owe anything but no assistance on how to resolve this. Clearly, my information was provided to CMR by Verizon. I am pleading that someone from Verizon assist. This has taken up countless hours of time and frustration for nearly 4 months now and there is still no resolve. Can someone from Verizon please assist? I have the CMR bill number and corresponding Verizon ticket number for which I am being billed. 

I have been a loyal and longstanding Verizon Fios and Mobile customer. I cannot afford to have my credit tainted and my health cannot continue to sustain the stress of this. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...assist me in resolving this matter.
