COMPLAINT ESCALATION FOR BILLING DISPUTE

Good morning - 

For the last three months, I have had numerous interactions with Verizon due to a billing error caused by Verizon.  The erroneous charge is now past due and I am unable to get anyone to correct our account.  I had a ticket #***** that I followed up on today.  Once I referenced the ticket, the customer service agent named “Ree” never answered back and instead closed the ticket.  My account STILL has not been corrected.  How do I escalate this? Verizon has taken more than 10 hours of my time over the past couple months.
