I am new internet only customer since August 2022.  The sales representative promised me Verizon would buy out my contract with Viasat and reward me with a gift card.  It is now January 2023, and neither of us have happened despite my hours of phone contact with customer care.

 

Customer Care is outsourced to another country.  Not only are the representatives rude, but are not knowledgeable or trained in customer service.

 

My buy contract with Viasat was never paid nor was the gift card sent to me.  I signed on in August 2022, it is now January 2023.  I get a run a round every time I call customer care, put on hold, rude representatives who do not fully comprehend the english language, I have had to repeat myself and explain simple terminology to them.

 

Today, my second call in 5 days, I was on hold for 2+ hours, transferred to 8 different people and ended back at customer care.  The representative stated he was having phone trouble and would call me back.  No call back.

 

On January 10, 2023, I was promised by the customer care representative he was issuing an escalated ticket to resolve the issue.  When I called today to follow up, the representative stated no escalated ticket existed.

 

I tried to contact the sales representative who gave me the deal, however, there is no answer back.

 

Bait and switch,  misleading sales gimmics, not sure what is going on.  Very dissatisfied and will be filing complaints with BBB and CFPB.

Please provide email address for NEW LTE BUSINESS INTERNET CUSTOMERS. An email address is required to submit proof of early termination from our  prior service provider within 30days.
