I called at 6:44 PM to find out why my bill had gone up $112 I was placed on hold for over 34 minutes. I called back only to find out that the call center closed at 7 PM. How do you close and leave customers in the queue without clearing the queue? I worked at a call-center many years and I know we did not close the queue until all calls were taken and all calls were cleared. Very frustrated.
