Like many others I am unable to claim my $100 Verizon gift card. There are two options to redeem. Both link to 404 timeout pages when logged into my account or redirect back to the same page. On the app it throws a popup error. I tried contacting a support agent who gave me a number to call which was a dead end after 90 minutes on hold. Was wondering if you could direct me to a solution like the dozens of others posting here about the same issue. Thank you.
