Can't find phone bill on My Verizon, only FiOS is showing up.

I use Verizon for Fios Home Internet and my cellphone mobile carrier. Since they transitioned to the My Verizon App (where everything is supposed to be on one app) I haven't been able to find my mobile billing. I even search via the browser instead of the app and nothing.

 

I need to change my auto pay method for my mobile payment and I can only see my FiOS bills. Please help!

Have you tried to merge your accounts with the process outlined in this link?

Or maybe if you login to My Verizon under your phone number and not the Fios ID, then you can see the mobile account details.
