Can't get a live person, to work with

I'm honestly so over this automated digital assistant chat thing.  I'm trying to speak to a live person and all it does is send you in a complete circle.  It doesn't matter if you're calling or trying to use the chat. All they want is a payment.  For you to say thank you for being a  loyal customer for ten years, this company definitely isn't acting like they appreciate their customers. I'm definitely looking towards other options for a service provider, because this is absolutely ridiculous.  No true customer service is to be found, with this company anymore.
