I was giving a promise to pay a full balance on August 29. I went to make a phone call today and come to find out they turned my service off. I spoke to a representative and she told me that I have to pay the full amount before they can turn my service back on. She said unfortunately we can restore service because I didn’t keep my promise to pay which is due on the August 29. Please make it make sense. I’m very disappointed in this Verizon customer service.
