Cancelled order pending charge not reversed.

I ordered an Iphone  last week and had to verify my identity. None of the links worked so I called to cancel. After about 20 min the rep comes back and said she had to get someone else to cancel it. I can't check the order status anymore and never received an email or refund as of yet. Who can I talk to to help.
