I paid off the remainder of both mine and my partner's phones and cancelled the service. I still have 'google pass managed by verizon' visible in my google play subscription list. I am no longer able to login to the verizon app due to having returned to Australia and no longer having the old sim card/service to complete MFA. I seem to be completely unable to contact anyone about this without making a l costly international call and I am now concerned that my request for service cancellation hasn't been completed and that I will be charged to a card I'm trying to cancel.
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble canceling your Google Pass subscription, HermioneWald. If Verizon service has been disconnected, you would no longer be billed for Google Pass through Verizon. You can log into your My Verizon account online to verify if your service has been disconnected. If it has not been, you can also use these steps to cancel your Google Pass subscription here, http://spr.ly/6609xSYvX.

The OP has said they have disconnected their service and cannot access anything involved with their old Verizon account. Verizon needs to have some means in place for people to cancel Verizon-related subscriptions if they port out as I see threads like this pretty regularly.
@HermioneWald, if the Google Pass subscription was on a credit card you are cancelling, it would seem to me that any charges made to it after the fact would bounce, and then cancel the Google subscription anyway? Have you tried contacting Google to explain the situation?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
