To put it shortly, I owe $914. Between losing my job and other financial constraints, I just can’t afford how high my bill got as well as of the fees I get on top of my bill. It’s so much higher than what I was initially told I’d be paying every month, almost double that amount now and I can’t really make sense of it. I’m two months behind on my bill. They gave me an offer to take 30% off and when I called they said they could only discount $175. Which would still leave around $700 to pay by next week. I don’t have the money, I have to pay rent, electricity, and other things. But if I don’t pay this, my account could end up in collections which I also cannot afford. I quite literally do not know what to do any more. It doesn’t matter who I speak to, I can’t have a payment arrangement. I can’t do anything. I’m just stuck and it feels like no matter what, I’m gonna end up with this account in collections. Just looking for advice on what to do. I could even pay $100 a week but they’re threatening permanent disconnection.
