Hello, my device has been suspended because of non-payment bills. I have been trying to resolve this and am willing to pay the difference but I cannot seem to get connected with a Verizon financial services agent. This is absurd, the process of having to connect to someone who can help reactivate my lines has been disappointing.
I tried to call and contact verizon agents on the issue that I've had but nothing has been able to work. I just need a human to actively connect with me and resolve the problem of this suspension. If there is a way for a representative to reach out and offer their assistance directly I'd gladly accept that. Having an automated call process in these troublesome times does not work. Thank you.
