Cannot reach a Verizon agent

Hello, my device has been suspended because of non-payment bills. I have been trying to resolve this and am willing to pay the difference but I cannot seem to get connected with a Verizon financial services agent. This is absurd, the process of having to connect to someone who can help reactivate my lines has been disappointing.
I tried to call and contact verizon agents on the issue that I've had but nothing has been able to work. I just need a human to actively connect with me and resolve the problem of this suspension. If there is a way for a representative to reach out and offer their assistance directly I'd gladly accept that. Having an automated call process in these troublesome times does not work. Thank you.

As the past due balance would need to be settled to restore service it can be done free of charge through your My Verizon App, vzw.com, or vzw.com/paymybill.
