Cant make a Payment

I have been a Verizon customer for 3 years; this will be 4 years this month a,nd after the last three days, I will be switching providers. Initially, when i tried to make a payment on my account and was notified that I could not make cash payments. I thoight that was weird because ,that is how I paid. Anyways, I contacted customer service and was told i needed to go in store to pay. I go in the store to pay and at the time they could not take payments. The representative told me to mail the payment and it should be fine. That is what I did this was done on 3/6/25. On Monday 3/10/25, my service was disconnected I tried calling and can not talk to anyone. In the meantime I am being sent messages by Verizon saying I can make a one-time payment online(which I cannot). I have been calling for three days finally I was told yesterday that my mailed payment may take up to three weeks to process and I need to pay my past due. Being that I cant wait that long I decided ok I will try in store again. Spoke to rep and they gave me the location to go and pay. Go to the location they provided me today 3/11/25 only to be told that they cannot take a big payment at there location that I have to go to a corporate store. Again the corporate store is out of my area and now I have to leave work early to go and try to pay my bill if they even can take it. I have had to go withdraw cash only to get the runaround. And I am still getting messages saying I can pay online. Thi s is ridicoulous. AT&T here I come.
