Cant pay my bill

I have not been a Verizon customer for over a year. I have been getting billed even though I no longer have a phone or a plan with Verizon. I am unable to log into verizon to pay the bill because I dont have an account number with them anymore and anytime I try to view my bills that are sent to my emails to obtain my old account number, I am given an error message and it takes me to the verizon home page. I try to log in there with my username and password, and am given a guest account and I cannot find any account number. I just want to find out what I am being billed for and figure out how to stop being billed for it.

How do you even know that you are still being billed for something by Verizon? Are you getting the paper bills? Did you ever save a copy of your old bills when had an active account?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I am getting emails saying to make a one time payment otherwise they are gonna send it to third party collections. Every time I click on the links provided in the emails, it takes me to the billing page and asks me to input account number. I do not have any paper bills as they were all sent electronically and require me to login with my account number to access them.

Maybe you should reach out to the Financial services department at 866.266.1445 to make payment arrangements or to get the account number.
