Cash Only Status

So I was put on cash only status and it is almost impossible to get a hold of someone to get this restriction removed. Now Verizon wants me to pay cash only at a version store. 10+ years with this company and this has never happened before. I was ready to pay my balance in full over the phone using a credit card and get a message I am cash only. I need this removed ASAP. You put this restriction on my account and you can certainly take it off. Live chat is of no help because they need to go through a supervisor to remove it and trying to speak with a live agent over the phone is nearly impossible. Verizon, you need to fix this!
