Please lift this restriction
This is egregious. Verizon shut me off twice for no reason. Customer service lied to me repeatedly and corporate doesn’t want to lift the restriction yet credited me $100 for my “inconvenience” If you lift the restriction everything g would be just fine. I’m looking into moving services after 8 years because Verizon has repeatedly treated me like garbage.
