I’ve been put on cash only status. My service is off. I’m out of town for work no where near a store. How can I get ahold of an actual person to talk to instead of a chatbot ?

GrantD2, I'm sorry that you're without service at the moment. If there's currently a restriction active which prevents electronic payment there's three options. First, you can mail in a certified check or money order, to the mail payment option with your bill. It's in the PDF version on the bill and can be printed out. There's visiting a store location to pay by cash or ceritified funds. If you need help finding a location, this Store Locator is helpful: https://www.verizon.com/stores/
If neither of those options are available for you, then you can use a Western Union location, which likely does have fees of their own, but can be used to make a payment.
