Changing phone while line is still receiving credis

Hi, my current phone is not working. I am receiving trade-in credits and and still have 12 more payments remaining. I would like to buy a new unlocked phone and activate to my current line. What happens to my credits that I am getting if I activate a new unlocked phone on this line ? Will I stop getting the credits even though the line is still active?

Hi there, as long as your line stays active to continue the payments, you'll have no problem switching a new phone to that line. The credits will continue as long as the line remains active. We are here to assist if you need any help with adding the new device to your account.
