Hello, I have been in contact with Verizon online and in store to resolve an issue with a charge of $1,099.99 for a phone I sent back and have proof that it was received. I have been told time and time again a credit would be applied to my bill. This is going on 3 months and I still haven't received the credit and now my bill is past due! I'm not going to pay for something that I didn't do! I have all the tracking numbers where it was received. I have always had Verizon since cell phones came out. It doesn't show that because it was under my other married or company names. I'm 71 years old and don't need this kind of stress! Can someone please help me!
