Charged for Mobile Protect that was not authorized

I was charged for the Mobile Protect and called to talk to a Rep 2x. Both assured me this charge would be taken off and now they have it as a balance owed. It was taken off my "next bill" on my account going forward but now I just received a notice saying I owe $340 vs $221. I see the charge back on my account. I have looked into removing it myself but it is not there to remove? Talking to the Reps is insane. They do nothing but try to sell other products instead of listening and obviously do not take care of the issue. I love when my account opens up to tell me I have been a customer for 18 years  and this is how you get treated. I do not owe anything more than my normal monthly charge. Do I need to go to the Verizon store to have this handled? 

I am done calling in since no one wants to take care of the issue. My auto pay will stay at what my bill should be. I would prefer a manager or higher up call me to resolve this, since you know... I am a  customer of 18 years.
